Description

The person will be based at the Italian headquarters, within the Logistics & Supply Chain team, with a primary focus on customer service. The candidate will collaborate with managers and team members on the end-to-end management of customer schedules, from planning to shipment, ensuring data integration, traceability, cross-functional coordination, and service continuity.

The expected salary for this position is approximately €28,000

Skills Required

  • Sales & distribution experience
  • Ability to establish good/personal relationships with other people (customers and colleagues)
  • Management of internal and external (customers) meeting with several people
  • Knoledge of Logistic transportation and traceability / scheduling agreement / close order
  • Knoledge of SAP ERP (SD)
  • Knoledge of Windows office
  • Management of daily operation with external Logistic provider
  • Synthesis to the ASK’s Management
  • Logistic standard in Automotive Industries

Responsibilities

  • Management of Customer schedules (EDI, webEDI or paper)
  • Ensure that Customer requirements are integrated in to the system
  • Management of all integration errors and coordination of actions until the constrain are resolved
  • Preparation of schipments;preparation of documents (release of picking lists), preparation of customs, documentation if needed
  • Management and ordering of finished products returnable packaging using appropriate Customer Systems
  • Management and clarification of debit notes issued by Customers: leading disputes with Customers and incident-related action plans
  • Coordination of potential customer short supply situations with all relevant functions (sales, production, supply chain, quality, etc...)
  • Assure the traceability of the products from ASK warehouses to Customer facilities
  • Identify & highlight large order variations between customer schedules / schedules and firm orders, ensuring that data have been accurately provided by the customer
