• Expansion and maintenance of existing supplier management and support with supplier selection
• Identification and implementation of cost-saving measures
• Carrying out tenders and preparing bid comparisons
• Analysing relevant market trends, identifying opportunities and risks at an early stage
• Coordinating with the development department to qualify new electronic and mechanical assemblies

• Completed commercial or technical training with appropriate further qualifications (e.g. business administration or business studies)
• Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing, especially for electronic componenst
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Fluent in written and spoken English

The Technical Purchaser is responsible to follow the purchasing processes and supports the Purchasing Manager for the nomination of the supplier. He is also responsible for the Audio Amplifier Budget in terms of competitive purchase prices, production, capacity and capability.
