Respect for the environment.

Respect for the environment has always been one of the guiding principles that shape and inspire our decisions. Within this framework, in 2023 we formalized the measurement of our Organization Carbon Footprint, setting ourselves the strategic objective of achieving Carbon Neutrality. This commitment is reflected in tangible results: all ASK production sites are certified in accordance with the international ISO 14001 standard, confirming a structured and systematic approach to improving environmental performance. By 2023, moreover, the Italian sites will be predominantly powered by renewable energy sources. Finally, as early as 2022, 70% of ASK sites were involved in projects dedicated to measuring and reducing their Carbon Footprint, further strengthening a shared and deeply embedded culture of sustainability.

Our people are the life blood of our mission. For this reason, we pledge to create a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere, in which diversity is promoted and safety is a priority. We continue to invest in our people's health and wellbeing: 50% of our locations are certified according to ISO 45001 for health and safety at work.
